Super delicious tacos here! Don't see liver (higado) very common, but this great! They also use large intestines, tripa, here and it is definitely different and delicious. The big chunk of suadero , trozo de suadero, was smoky, tender, and the right amount of fatty. All the tacos were fantastic. The order of cebollitas (onions) hit the spot! The service was prompt and quick. Lovely people here!
