This is your typical ‘fondita’, where authentic food is prepared with love and tradition. The mole enchiladas are a bit sweet which makes them even more authentic and delicious. The cecina meat is salty as it should be. The posole is the best one I’ve had in my life most probably. For dessert we had fried bananas. Wish I took more pics but was so hungry!!!!
