Excelente sabor de cada taco que probé. El suadero está en su punto, carnoso sin llegar a ser pura grasa; la longaniza tiene el sabor perfecto que no empalaga ni te quita el apetito de más; michoano (o como se llame) es lo mejor de la tripa y suadero juntos, tiernos y sabrosos; la maciza, igual, más de lo mismo, quisiera mencionar algo negativo pero a mi parecer no lo hay, son los mejores tacos de la redonda. Definitivamente volvería.
