Davant de tanta competència amb un producte com el taco, aquesta empresa sap perfectament com mantenir el llindar d'un producte preparat respectant un producte de qualitat: la matèria primera (la carn de l'arrechera, per exemple), a banda de gaudir uns pastors clàssics (millor demanar el gros). Uns frijoles que podrien haver estat millor, més lligats en la cocció potser. En tot cas, una experiència saborosa, tot i l'espera.
