He venido en varias ocasiones,pero el servicio al cliente deja mucho que decir: una hora antes no quieren atender, ya no quieren cobrar con tarjeta y los alimentos poco presentables. 😕

La gerente es muy grosera, le enseñe mi bowl porque te venden un bowl grande y te lo dan a la mitad, y en otras sucursales el grande SI ES GRANDE!!!. La gerente solo ofrece más arroz, y el producto que entregan no es el de la foto del bowl grande... Por eso fatal. Mejor ir al de Génova ahí si la porción es grande!! El sabor es el l mismo, y es bueno . Pero en esta sucursal de reforma 222 está pésimo .

Pedí el combo de Yakiniku (carne de res asada en salsa dulce y arroz), la carne estaba suave pero lamentablemente tenía muchos gordos y nervios, la salsa muy rica y la croqueta de papa también. La chica que me atendió fue muy amable y sonriente, lo cual se agradece :)
