Siempre disfrutamos desayunar en este establecimiento, donde el servicio suele ser impecable y el personal muy amable. Sin embargo, hoy tuvimos una experiencia decepcionante. Pedimos un sándwich que incluía "ensalada" (lechuga, cebolla y dos rebanadas de pepino), pero la lechuga no estaba lavada, lo que dejaba un sabor a tierra muy desagradable. Esto me hace cuestionar los estándares de higiene en la cocina. Además, noté que no parece haber protocolos claros de higiene, como el manejo de alimentos por parte de los meseros, quienes toman comandas, manipulan dinero y entregan pedidos para llevar sin medidas visibles para evitar la contaminación cruzada. Sugiero reforzar las normas de higiene en la preparación de alimentos y el servicio para garantizar una experiencia de calidad, acorde con los precios que se cobran. Espero que tomen en cuenta este comentario para mejorar, ya que nos agrada venir por el ambiente
