Sep’s es un clásico, pero un clásico de los que se sostienen con calidad y no con el puro nombre. Comida alsaciana con carácter, sabor y tradición. El chamorro, especialmente al horno, es una joya; doradito, abundante, cubierto de una salsa amostazada y acompañado de papa y verduras. Hasta el pan con paté y mantequilla es una chulada. La cerveza de barril deliciosa y refrescante. De esos restaurantes que te recuerdan a un México de antes, un México diferente. Súper recomendado.
