Tenía tiempo queriendo ir y por fin se me hizo. Qué gusto cuando un lugar cumple lo que prometen las redes. Espacio pequeño (ocho mesas más barra), aire acondicionado, iluminación precisa y una decoración que calma. La música está a un volumen perfecto: se puede platicar y, a la vez, disfrutar su excelente selección. Entradas. Sabores muy de mar, intensos y bien balanceados; no son para todos los paladares, pero a quienes les guste, les van a encantar. Probamos las almejas (correctas), el carpaccio de camarón (bastante interesante), la sardina (mi favorita) y la macarela (la favorita de mi acompañante). Si algo sería prescindible, serían las almejas. Fuertes y acompañamientos. La carne flat iron llegó jugosa y en su punto, con mucha técnica, acompañada de bok choy y dos purés que equilibran perfecto el plato. El fish & chips fue la sorpresa: es un platillo que en México casi siempre me decepciona y aquí, por primera vez, lo encontré perfecto. Sin duda, el mejor de la ciudad; regresaría solo por él. Bebidas. No había refresco de dieta, pero su Coctel Atómico es refrescante, ligeramente dulce y aromático. Si vas, pídelo. Postre. Difícilmente me sorprenden, pero Sarde se voló la barda: brioche con crema inglesa y helado de estragón, simplemente sorprendente; uno de los mejores postres que he probado. Veredicto. Recomendadísimo. Ya está en mi top 10 de la ciudad. 10/10.

Great attention to tastes and quality of the ingredients, not giving the 5 stars as it was a bit pricy for what you get. Good service and a nice atmosphere, music a bit too loud for my taste. Overall a good experience, would recommend.
