Hacía un tiempo que no iba a un Saks y, qué bonita experiencia. La amabilidad de los meseros, la comida fue fantástica y el lugar es muy bello. Comimos un chile en nogada y unos dumplings de pato, muy recomendables, ambos. El postre, también genial, una tarta de queso mascarpone con frambuesa. El pan, también es una maravilla, la variedad, sabor y frescura. Acompañado con el hummus, qué delicia. Muchas gracias por la experiencia, por los alimentos y por toda su gentileza para atendernos.

Actualización: hoy fui a desayunar y el servicio estuvo deficiente, no me ofrecieron el pan dulce que me correspondía por el paquete que ordené, tuve que preguntarles si todavía lo incluía, también tuve que recordarles tres veces que había encargado un chocolate caliente. Nos llevaron la cuenta sin pedirla y nos preguntaron varias veces que si ya íbamos a pagar, al parecer, les urgía que nos fuéramos, una empleada llamada Sandra fue a la mesa a realizarnos el cobro y tuvo una actitud bastante agria y descortés. La gerencia debe poner más atención a los detalles.

Disfruté mucho el lugar, excelente la calidad de los alimentos y la atención del personal. Lindo lugar aunque es más pequeño que los otros Saks.
