Sin duda uno de mis lugares favoritos en el centro histórico de la CDMX es Roldán 37. Es un lugar que destaca en el barrio de La Merced, comenzando por la fachada color rosa mexicano y su entrada que empieza a mostrar el cuidado que se tiene en este lugar por los detalles. Con respecto a la comida, el chef Romulo Mendoza es un verdadero artista pero además te transporta a recordar los sabores de antaño. Todo lo que he probado en Roldan 37 es delicioso, desde sus afanafos Chiles en Nogada, pasando por sus sopas como el Caldo Tlalpeño o la Crema Mercedaria, la variedad de chiles rellenos es excelsa, el mole de metate es posiblemente uno de los mejores que he comido.
