Las mejores quesadillas de la Ciudad de México

Paty’s happened to be open on a Sunday when I was walking by - I had this spot on my radar but their info says they’re only open during the week so I was pleasantly surprised to make a stop while I was getting a juice at the next stand! The counter of the kiosk was full but they pulled a stool for me under the tent in the shade and took my order right away. I had the squash blossom quesadilla and the chorizo and potato quesadilla and both were excellent. The salsas were spicy and flavorful. These were my top quesadillas in CDMX - I liked the food here better than at the more popular Jenni’s in Roma Norte.
