Soy clienta frecuente y asistía a la sucursal como de costumbre siempre me habían atendido muy amables y jamás había tenido un problema , pero en esta ocasión me atendió la jefa de piso Betzabé, una señorita, muy prepotente y grosera. Había encargado unas pizzas por teléfono y al realizar la llamada me contestó la Srta Bettzabe , primero me contestó de mala gana, después me amenazo si pasaría o no por las pizzas “porque ella no se quedaba a trabajar más tiempo “, cabe mencionar que le di una hora exacta a la cual pasaría por mi pedido , hora que está dentro de su horario laboral . Es lamentable que una sucursal que tenía personal que ofrecía servicio de calidad ahora se vea opacado por una jefa como lo es Bettzabe . En verdad deberían capacitar a personal que tenga tantitos valores y educación . Porque en mi experiencia esta señorita no los tiene .

Ósea el servicio y las pizzas son buenas , el costo es accesible lo único que no estoy deacuerdo es que a fuerzas te quieren vender las que ya tienen ahí listas, nunca tienen de la que tú quieres jaja 🍕
