Traté de realizar compras por medio de la app y por medio de su pagina web y ninguna de las dos permite hacerlo porque ambas redireccionan hacia cambiar contraseña siempre, era mi primera vez siendo cliente y para acabarla ni su buzon de quejas y sugerencias funciona. Deberian poner más atención a sus medios digitales. Ni modo, un cliente menos. Saludos!
