La cochinita que no pide permiso para gustarte. En Moloch no hay reinterpretación ni “twist contemporáneo”: hay cochinita. Jugosa, bien condimentada, sin filtros ni storytelling de más. El taco es preciso. La torta, brutal. No te van a recibir con una sonrisa fingida ni con QR en mesa. Te van a servir lo que prometen: sabor con carácter en un mercado donde todavía manda la comida, no la pose. Aquí no se viene a que te cuenten una historia. Se viene a comer. Y eso, en esta ciudad, ya es un lujo.

Es la mejor cochinita que he probado, ni siquiera en mi visita a Maria logré probar una igual. La sopa de lima también es deliciosa, recomiendo no dejar de probar el agua de horchata y el agua de Jamaica con canela. Paris es super amable y el servicio en general es excelente.
