The chicken was clearly not fresh — it tasted like it had been cooked many hours before (possibly the day before) and then refried multiple times. The texture was dry and tough, and the flavor was far from what I’ve experienced before at McDonald’s. I expect freshly cooked food, especially when paying full price. This was unacceptable.
