Es lamentable que, teniendo un excelente servicio y una cocina de gran calidad, la experiencia se vea afectada por la atención en el área de contabilidad. He experimentado una situación poco profesional: después de cuatro días solicitando mi factura, esta fue enviada a un correo incorrecto en repetidas ocasiones. Además, al tratar de aclarar el error, recibí un trato descortés, con interrupciones e incluso una llamada telefónica que fue finalizada abruptamente. Este tipo de experiencias afectan la percepción general de un servicio que, por lo demás, es impecable. Agradecería que se tomen las acciones necesarias para evitar que esto vuelva a suceder.
