Me encantaba Mata, se comía y bebía delicioso, además el ambiente era tranquilo, y el personal super familiar. Pero hoy que volví, el servicio de la gerente terrible. La música estaba demasiado alta, y no es que no disfrutara escuchar “YO TE ESPERABA” de Alejandra Guzmán, pero ni siquiera el mesero alcanzaba a escuchar lo que se le pedía. Altísimo el volumen, y cuando le pedimos amablemente a la gerente que bajara solo un poco el volumen respondió “no puedo ayudarte con eso”. En el otro salón no sonaba tan fuerte, pero si no llenabas al menos una mesa de 4 olvídate de pasar ahí. Entiendo que hay optimizar los tiempos y elevar el ticket. Pero imposible querer pasar más tiempo metido en ese lugar donde no escuchas ni tus propios pensamientos.

Es un edificio en el centro histórico sin ninguna vista espectacular, la atención es buena aunque las mesas para dos personas están muy juntas no considero que tengas privacidad para comer ni mucho menos para platicar y no puedes sentarte en otra por qué son para más personas, los precios un poco elevados para la calidad de los alimentos.
