About

Mariscos La Cigarra is a delightful spot in Mexico City's Acueducto Xochimilco area, offering an excellent seafood experience without breaking the bank. Renowned for its quick service and friendly, efficient staff, this casually cozy restaurant is a favorite among both locals and tourists. The atmosphere is fashionably quiet, making it an ideal place to catch up with friends over lunch.

The menu, though somewhat limited, makes up for it with generously portioned, delicious dishes like their standout seafood bouillon. With options to enjoy your meal through delivery, takeaway, outdoor seating, or dine-in, the restaurant caters to various preferences. They also serve a good selection of drinks, including refreshing cocktails and beers, perfect for a leisurely afternoon.

While the menu variety could use some expansion, Mariscos La Cigarra remains a popular choice for its excellent quality of food and reasonably priced meals, generally ranging from $200-$300 per person. Highly recommended for those seeking a satisfying and relaxing dining experience.
