Se tardan MAS DE UNA HORA en darte la comida ya sea que la pidas a domicilio o vas a consumirla al restaurante Es una exageración el tiempo que se tardan haciéndolo aunque no sean tantas cosas La promoción de 2x1 solo aplica en restaurante o aplicacion pero no para llevar y se me hace algo que no tiene sentido La comida si es rica pero que onda con el tiempo que se tardan haciéndolo por eso le doy tres estrellas

La comida tiene buen sabor, pero particularmente siento que de ciertas cosas sus porciones son pequeñas. En la sucursal de cafetales el servicio en el lugar o a domicilio es pésimo. Se tardan muchísimo, no te hacen caso, poco personal todo el tiempo. Varias veces me han decepcionado con su mal servicio. En otras sucursales tienen un buen servicio!!!

Pedimos un ramen que por Didi Food fueron como 200 pesos (160 precio base de la tienda) y llegó un chiste de ramen que para tamaño debería haber costado como 45 pesos a lo mucho. Aparte pedimos un Yakimeshi Mixto y se pagaron como 56 pesos extra de Tampico, y no lo traía.
