Sigue siendo la mejor opción para parrilla argentina que conozco, mucha variedad de platillos, excelente sazón en todos, carne suave y con buen sabor, respetan el punto de cocción que les mencionas, siempre hay un mesero atento a tu mesa todo el tiempo.

English & Spanish Review Below: We recently dined at La Rural Argentina and found the restaurant itself quite lovely, with attentive servers who made a good first impression. However, our experience took a disappointing turn. My husband ordered a pasta dish that was served with pork, which he does not eat. He asked for the dish to be removed, and it was taken away without issue. The problem arose when the bill arrived, and we were charged in full for the unconsumed dish. When we raised this with the staff, they refused to remove the charge, insisting that Alfredo pasta in Mexico always comes with ham. Having lived here for many years, we know that’s not accurate, and regardless, the menu did not mention ham as an ingredient. Since the dish was not eaten, it seems unreasonable to be charged for it. Unfortunately, this poor handling of the situation left a bad taste, and despite paying the full bill, we do not plan to return. Customer service is key, and in this case, it fell short. If you’re dining here, be aware of this policy and consider whether it aligns with your expectations. Recientemente cenamos en La Rural Argentina y encontramos que el restaurante es muy bonito, con meseros atentos que causaron una buena primera impresión. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia tuvo un giro decepcionante. Mi esposo pidió un plato de pasta que venía con cerdo, y él no come cerdo. Solicitó que retiraran el plato, y lo hicieron sin problema. El inconveniente fue cuando llegó la cuenta y nos cobraron el plato completo, aunque no fue consumido. Al comentar esto con el personal, se negaron a eliminar el cargo, insistiendo en que la pasta Alfredo en México siempre lleva jamón. Hemos vivido aquí muchos años y sabemos que eso no es correcto, y además, en el menú no se mencionaba jamón como ingrediente. Dado que el plato no se consumió, nos parece injusto tener que pagarlo. Lamentablemente, esta mala atención dejó un mal sabor de boca y, a pesar de haber pagado la cuenta completa, no planeamos regresar. El servicio al cliente es fundamental, y en este caso, dejó mucho que desear. Si piensan visitar este lugar, tengan en cuenta esta política y consideren si cumple con sus expectativas.

Toda la comida, desde las entradas hasta el postre, estuvo deliciosa. Trajeron el corte en el término perfecto, las empanadas de las mejores que he probado. Pero lo más destacado fue su servicio, uno de los mejores servicios al cliente por parte de los meseros que he experimentado en la ciudad. Ojalá sigan así, por que volveremos y recomendaremos.
