Algunos cortes son recalentados, y la mayoría están duros y secos. Me salió un cucaracha en la comida y quisieron “enmendarlo” regalándome una rebanada pastel que igual se veía de varios días en el congelador.

Fui junto con mi familia en domingo y no fue una experiencia grata, el servicio tomó mucho tiempo y se nota que la administración no está invirtiendo en su personal porque había un solo mesero con espadas para 7 mesas, la chica de bebidas no se daba abasto con tantas mesas y eso retrasaba el servicio. Les tomó media hora atendernos considerando que el lugar no estaba ni al 50% de su capacidad. Debido al poco personal, los meseros se notaban estresados, presionados e irritables, en verdad estaban haciendo un gran esfuerzo por mostrar una buena cara y ser amables. Además de que seguramente están mal pagados porque la mesera al final me pidió "echarle la mano" con mucha más propina porque sino "no la armaba" porque dependía mucho de las propinas. La comida es decente, le dan buen término a la carne y hay variedad de espadas igual que de guarniciones en el buffet. Considero que si mejoraran la parte del servicio sería un excelente lugar. Los baños están limpios y bien abastecidos. La mesa de postres no es la mejor, no me pareció grato encontrar que para los precios que cobran, la fruta la bañan en chocolate sucedáneo.
