Desde que llegamos, la atención en Juliette Gourmet fue impecable. La persona que nos atendió no solo fue muy amable, sino que también nos guió con recomendaciones que, honestamente, fueron un acierto tras otro: un verdadero 10/10 en todo lo que sugería. Probamos el Croque Madame —era la primera vez que lo pedía— y me pareció exquisito. Si pudiera pedir un pequeño ajuste, sería que le agregaran un poco más de jamón para hacerlo todavía más perfecto, pero fuera de eso, es un platillo que repetiría sin dudar. También pedimos un scone recién horneado (nos lo comentó quien nos atendió) y estaba espectacular: suave, fresco, un auténtico 10/10. El café americano acompañó todo muy bien: buena extracción, sabor balanceado, sin amargor excesivo, como debe ser. Un lugar al que a pesar de que había poca afluencia, sin duda, vale la pena regresar.
