Mi novio y yo fuimos a Italianni’s el sábado por la noche por una rebanada de pastel de chocolate con salsa de frambuesa y lo disfrutamos muchísimo. La textura del pastel era suave y esponjosa, y el sabor del chocolate, perfecto: en combinación con la salsa de frambuesa lograba un equilibrio ideal, dulce pero sin empalagar, permitiéndote disfrutar cada bocado. El servicio fue correcto, sin nada destacable y el lugar tal vez por la hora a la que fuimos, (22 horas) tenían varias mesas sucias y vacías. Detrás de nosotros había una TV y el volumen estaba algo alto lo cual fue un poco incómodo ya que a esa hora éramos los únicos comensales y no había tanto ruido como para tener el volumen tan alto. Pero si buscas un postre rico, este pastel vale la pena.
