La sopa de cebolla debe caramelizarse. Estaba blanca la cebolla. Y le quería decir que soy Cecilia Salamanca de Grupo Posadas, le recomiendo cuando se divida un platillo, ponerlo al centro y que las personas que comparten se sirvan o les den un plato no de postre. Se ve muy mal. Muchas gracias. Amamos el lugar de toda la vida.
