La comida está deliciosa, cada plato muy bien cuidado y con sabores auténticos. Se nota la calidad en los ingredientes y la atención al detalle. Sin duda, un lugar al que volver.

Overall its nice dinner experience, the yakitori are delicious especially the liver .The matcha tiramisu was also good. Staff is friendly but the cooking process takes a long time.

Finally tried Hiyoko — and I’m in love! What an experience — intimate counter seating, beautifully curated dishes, and a front-row view of the chefs in action. Every detail felt intentional, from the presentation to the flavors. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit back, watch the magic unfold, and enjoy every bite. Having lived in Japan, Japanese food holds a very special place in my heart — 日本の料理は私にとって特別なものです (Japanese cuisine is very special to me). This felt like a little trip back. Definitely a spot I’d go back to again (and again!).
