Just had dinner there and had a wonderful experience! The appetizers of wakame and of agedashi tofu were delicious. We then had 3 maki rolls of spicy salmon, negi toro, and unagi. All three were top-notch and fresh. They compared well with sushi we've had in New York City. What especially made the experience enjoyable was chatting with Silverio, owner/chef. Highly recommended!

El puerco en el ramen estaba muy bueno, el caldo queda algo salado pero puedes pedir que te ayuden a rebajarlo. Los fideos estaban un poco duros, no al dente.

This was unfortunately a let down. Very overpriced for what it is. It was more expensive from a quality to price ration than Lardo, and some of the nicer restaurants we visited during our trip to CDMX. This is not what I'd consider true omakase. This lacked in ambiance, quality and attention to detail. The fish was not the freshest. Yes, we know omakase is expensive, but we've had omakase in Japan, for comparable prices that was so much better. Come to think of it, I've had better omakase in Chicago Illinois, for about the same price at a proper sit down restaurant. Of all the restaurants we visited during out trip to CDMX, it sticks out as negative experience. And BTW, I've read your responses to negative reviews. Just because someone doesn't complain and or give you great review doesn't mean their reviews aren't legit.
