Es un lugar que provoca grandes sensaciones al mezclar sabores, olores, música de piano muy agradable, una vista increíble, el lugar estupendo y perfecta ubicación. ¡¡La atención del Capitán Igari fué excepcional!! Visitamos nuestra ciudad y nos hospedamos en el Hotel Imperial y lógicamente teníamos que comer en el tradicional Gaudí. Pero, no fue lo que esperábamos. 🙁 Para empezar, no había nadie que nos recibiera, pasó alguien del personal y nos dijo que nos sentáramos en donde quisiéramos. Nos sentamos y cuando llegó el mesero, nos dijo que no podíamos sentarnos ahí porque estaba reservado. ¿Cómo lo íbamos a saber?. Nos cambiaron de mesa y pedimos la comida, pero tardaron mucho para servir. Pedimos morcilla de burgos, (buena); croquetas de jamón serrano, (bien), crema de tomate, (muy simple y sin buen sabor); corazón de filete chemita, (muy insípido y falto de sabor); medallones de filete,(el primer intento no quedo en mi termino deseado y me lo cambiaron, quedo bien, pero no estaba bien logrado en sabor). Los tragos bien, pero mi negroni no con las medidas de licor adecuados. Los meseros muy distraídos y el servicio muy lento, aunque después de reclamar la carne, quisieron esmerarse, pero la experiencia ya no era la esperada. Una pena para un lugar de tanta tradición.
