La carne, Chisporroteante, llegó a la mesa recién salida del asador. El aroma del asado envuelve los sentidos y agita el paladar. El sabor distingue el lugar. Aunque fue necesaria una segunda vuelta a la parrilla para conseguir el término deseado.

Pedí mi picaña término medio y me la trajeron completamente cruda. Esa madre todavía decía “moo.” 🐮 Cuando le llamé la atención al mesero, me dijo, “usted me pidió término medio. Si quiere se la traigo tres cuartos.” Le dije que nada más la cociera tantito porque estaba cruda. Mi carne también tardó bastante. El servicio bastante disperso. Además, qué tipo de restaurante argentino no tiene choripan? Me dijo el mesero que solo tienen choripanes para llevar… pero no para las mesas (?)… En fin. No volveremos.
