Esquina carioca is a hidden gem that brings the vibrant flavors of Brazil to life. The food is rich, authentic, and beautifully presented- especially the feijoada and the PF plate. Chef Leo and the waitress were both incredibly friendly , adding to the warm , welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a slice of Rio right in the neighborhood. A must-visit for lovers of Brazilian cuisine! O Esquina Carioca é uma joia escondida que dá vida aos sabores vibrantes do Brasil. A comida é rica, autêntica e lindamente apresentada, especialmente a feijoada e o PF. O Chef Leo e a garçonete foram incrivelmente simpáticos, contribuindo para a atmosfera calorosa e acolhedora, fazendo com que se sentisse como se estivesse em um pedacinho do Rio bem ali no bairro. Uma visita obrigatória para os amantes da culinária brasileira!

Este lugar lo conocí por recomendación directa de mi profesor de portugués que es brasileño y el garantiza que esto es auténtica comida brasileña “sin mexicanizar” (amo mi gastronomía pero si pecamos de ello) y en efecto tiene el sabor de la auténtica cocina que comí en Río de Janeiro. Los postres son una delicia y las porciones son tal y como las consumen allá, así que es probable que para el paladar mexicano parezcan porciones pequeñas pero el precio vale totalmente la pena. La atención del chef y del mesero fueron excelentes. Con gusto volvería a ir.
