En otros tiempos fue unos de mis preferidos, hablo de cuando el papá vivía, éstos caldos tenían un sabor único hechizante, adictivos e insuperable...ha pasado el tiempo y tal parece que los herederos creen que con la fama y el prestigio que el señor padre logró los mantendrá por siempre, tremendo error...han perdido la esencia del negocio que es el sabor del caldo de gallina, ya no es la misma aunque crean que los condimentos sean los mismos...¿A qué se debe?... quizá a la sencillez del padre o a la falta de talento del cocinero.
