Comimos hace unos días y solo puedo decir que este restaurante es un grande entre los grandes restaurantes libaneses de toda la vida como Al Andalús y Gruta Edhen (por ahí también Adonis). Probamos el humus con carne y piñones, las calabazas rellenas, arroz con lentejas y falafel. Lors primeros dos platos extraordinarios, sobre todo el humus. El arroz con lentejas estaba en mi punto de vista algo al dente pero de sabor muy rico, detecté un sutil sabor a algo que me pareció como mahleb, muy rico. El negrito en el arroz fue el falafel, que por el sabor me pareció que es a base de haba como lo preparan comúnmente en Egipto; nada en contra de eso pero me pareció muy seco y no había cantidad suficiente de tahini que le pusiera para mejorarlo. Su pan está rico y parece recién salido del horno pero al dejarlo en la mesa sin envolver a los pocos minutos que se enfría se vuelve algo duro. La atención es inmejorable solamente me saltaría el falafel.
Probablemente uno de los mejores lugares de comida libanesa en cdmx, toda la carta es espectacular, recomiendo particularmente las empanadas, jocoque, hojitas de parra y la carne de cordero, excelente relación calidad-precio.
Bonito lugar, cómodo y agradable. La comida muy sabrosa y se siente la calidad en su elaboración. Magnifica atención. Regresaré.
