Fui a degustar tres tipos de tostadas Tostada de Pulpo10/10 buen sabor, pulpo fresco y muy bien preparado. Tostada de Aguachile de camarón negro: 7/10 como que le hace falta más sabor a la salsa negra, además el aderezo que le untan a la tostada a mi gusto no se lleva con ese tipo de aguachile, lo recomiendo pedir sin aderezo. Tostada de Ceviche Sierra: 7/10, como soy de Nayarit allá se acostumbra mucho ese ceviche, les hace falta desbaratar bien el pescado, parece consistencia de soya, en sabor, si está muy rico pero sabe bastante a limón, ese tipo de ceviche debe tomar el sabor de la zanahoria el pepino y la cebolla bien incorporado. Si volvería a ir, a pesar de ser caro ( más de 115 pesos por cada tostada).
