Deli el róbalo al mojo de ajo. También amo el mole de olla. Todo muy bien. Nos encanta ir a Bajío😋

Pésimo el mole de olla, me sirvieron uno de cerdo y la carne estaba durísima y en la cocina se atrevieron a mandarme decir que así es la carne de puerco, dura! Pésimo! Varias veces he comido en otras sucursales y nunca me había tocado carne tan dura! Muy mal!

El Bajío nunca falla. Sin importar la sucursal, la calidad y el sabor son siempre excepcionales. Es un lugar infalible para comer delicioso. Esta vez pedí barbacoa con consomé y todo estuvo de 10: bien servido, sabroso y en su punto. La atención, como siempre, fue excelente: amable, rápida y atenta en todo momento. Sin duda, uno de mis lugares favoritos para disfrutar comida mexicana auténtica y bien preparada. ¡Súper recomendable!
