I had a fantastic evening at Corsi. The setting is beautiful — warm lights, cozy atmosphere, and a refined yet relaxed vibe. I started with the grilled artichoke hearts, smoky and perfectly complemented by a creamy herbed yogurt. Then came the star of the night for me: the capellini with caviar. The pasta was delicate, silky, and bathed in a rich butter sauce, with the caviar adding a rush of flavor in every bite — easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had anywhere. I also tried the roasted striped bass, which was light, fresh, and well-balanced, and paired everything with a Sevilla Spritz — the citrusy notes were perfect for cutting through the richness of the meal. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the pacing between courses felt just right. If you’re a seafood lover, Corsi is a must-visit, but even if you’re cautious with seafood, their menu has approachable yet refined options. Tip: Don’t miss the capellini — it’s worth coming here just for that.
