Se sugiere que las cebollas sean más acitronadas con un contenido medio de vinagre que permita el maridaje ente la Carne seca y el sabor de la misma para darle Más profundidad al sabor. Dado que si hablamos de cochinita pibil pareciese que esta no lo es. La música ambiental puede mejorar.
