En la semana fui a comer al lugar, muy buena mi comida, ambiente familiar, todo muy bien, el único inconveniente es que van dos veces que me sale un cabello en mis chilaquiles, una de las meseras con fleco, un poco desalineada, sin sepcia, la otra mesera (Dalila) brindó buen servicio, muy agradable.

No sé si están cambiando personal o cocineros pero hace 1 mes aprox pedí 20 chilaquiles y 10/10. Ahora los que me dieron tanto la carne como los “totopos” ni fritos ni bien cocidos estaban. Hay que mejorar el servicio porque si es muy poco una mesera atendiendo todo (de quien nos atendió excelente atención a pesar de la presión) y la otra escondida en cocina y mal humorada.

Pedí unos chilaquiles de mole. Al parecer, ya se les había terminado el mole y lo rebajaron con agua, de manera mañosa. No sabían a nada sus chilaquiles. Sabían a tortilla con agua. Desabridos. Sabían a las tortillas rancias con agua que les dan a los marranos. Esta tienda siempre queda mal con algo. Chilaquiles asquerosos y buenos cuando quieren.
