This place is a gem. We have eaten at Pujol and Rosetta, and can only say that the food at Charco is beyond superb and of similar calibre. They have been open for 4 months. The wagyu steak is aged in cocoa for 17 days - highly recommend. The staff are lovely and Carlos, the host, was so welcoming and explained the philosophy behind their cuisine with enthusiasm. The views of the Centro Historico and the Cathedral are to die for. This is worth repeat, multiple visits. One of the best restaurants in CDMX. Bravissimi!
