Fui a festejar mi cumpleaños con 4 amigos, todo estuvo increíble. El mesero súper atento, el servicio en general eficiente, la comida deliciosa y el lugar es lindo. Nuestra comida llegó rápido, mi amiga pidió una hamburguesa vegetariana y dijo que estaba buenísima. Todas las bebidas nos gustaron, y eso que es algo que frecuentemente nos decepciona de otros lugares, pero en esta ocasión no fue así. Definitivamente volveremos y recomendaremos el lugar!

Incredibly tasty burgers! I absolutely loved the flavor of the Smashed Wagyu Cross and everything else on the menu. So many people had recommended this place to me—and they were absolutely right. Definitely worth the visit!

Buena comida, he ido anteriormente. pero pésimo servicio al cliente y pésimo ambiente. El dia de hoy hubo un altercado entre yo y 2 personas desconocidas más, 2 personas prepotentes, donde la situación se puso tensa y casi llegamos a los golpes. No quise escalar el conflicto porque pudo involucrar directamente a las autoridades si había una pelea fisica en su establecimiento. Lo peor es que los meseros ni se inmutaron, no intentaron calmar a nadie, resolver el problema, ni proteger la integridad del lugar y sus clientes. Sería básico que el personal fuera más eficiente, como llamar a seguridad de la plaza o actuar como mediadores para evitar que se descontrole. El servicio fue tan malo que parecía que no existieran, estaban parados ahí sin hacer nada, sin tomar responsabilidad. Hasta ignorando el asunto. Pésimo tanto para ustedes ya que esto les afecta la imagen y les puede afectar económicamente si hay algún daño a sus bienes muebles. Tanto para el cliente, que puede acabar afectado física y emocionalmente . Aparte he leído en reseñas que personal de ahi ha tenido tratos de manera horrible. Se ve que es un lugar de trabajo no muy sano para nadie.
