Solía venir a Bou en sus inicios, que riquísimo era, los chilaquiles deliciosos, le puse cuatro por el lindo lugar y el ambiente, tardaron en atenderme 23 minutos y el lugar estaba solo con otras dos mesas, los pancakes de cacao tienen una textura más parecido a un bizcocho de pastel que de pancakes, un sabor muy neutro, no de pancakes, el canelé que es de mis panes favoritos, sabía a un pan pasado, sin ese crocante por fuera y demasiado chicloso por dentro, en fin. El ambiente 4 estrellas por la compañía que tuve.

La atención del personal es muy buena, el lugar es cálido para pasar un buen rato, pedí unos pancakes de cocoa y un croissant de jamón serrano de buen sabor los dos platillos y de bebidas un chai latte y un americano ambos podrían mejorar.
