No es una birria tradicional, es una birria de chef, es buena pero si estas esperando el sabor del mero jalisco y toque de cocina tradicional mexicana no será. Es como birria gourmet lo cual no es malo. La gordita es buena en teoría, en realidad es mas como una arepa, lo mismo: la masa no es la tradicional de la garnacha mexicana. Entonces si quieres puestear y esos sabores de la comida callejera no lo es, si bien es un lugar pequeño y sencillo traen toda la línea de cocina y agregados de una marca, no es una barrieria clásica. No es caro, puedes probar y decidir. La atención es un poco inusual, o así me tocó... una mezcla de no te hago mucho caso pero si te atiendo y soy amable secamente. Creo nunca me vio a los ojos la mesera, incluso no respondia al pedirle algo, parecía no escucharte pero si te lo daba. No fue grosero solo muy Raro.
