Agradecido eternamente con El Paisa por todas las veces que me ha revivido con su birria milagrosa. No falla: un consomé bien calientito y tres tacos bien servidos, y ya andas como nuevo, como si nada te hubiera pasado la noche anterior. El servicio siempre es muy amable, aunque de repente andan medio en la luna, pero nada grave. Eso sí, no les caería mal echarle una manita de gato al local, que está medio plano visualmente—algo más cálido lo haría todavía más sabroso. En todo caso, en sabor, se sacan un sólido diez.
