La birria que ofrecen es deliciosa, y en general, opciones como los tacos dorados o las quesabirrias son muy buenas para disfrutar. El sabor es consistente y muy agradable. También me parece un acierto que dentro del lugar se ofrezcan otras alternativas como flautas, empanadas y más; esto le da variedad y hace que cada visita pueda ser diferente. Además, hay un local de micheladas que vale mucho la pena: las preparan con chamoy, Miguelito o ajonjolí, ¡quedan de diez! Sin embargo, en esta última visita, las papas que acompañaban tenían un sabor pasado, lo cual sería bueno revisar para mantener la calidad. En cuanto a las instalaciones, creo que hay oportunidad de mejora. El espacio es algo cerrado y con poca iluminación, lo que da una sensación más oscura de lo que podría ser. Los baños, lamentablemente, se encuentran descuidados, lo que genera incomodidad. Al ser un espacio compartido por varios locales, quizás valdría la pena establecer una responsabilidad común para mantenerlos limpios y en buen estado. Un punto a considerar es que, a las 6 de la tarde, la mayoría de los locales ya están cerrando, lo que limita las opciones. Sólo los viernes se extiende un poco más el horario, pero únicamente para quienes desean consumir cerveza. En general, el lugar tiene muy buena comida y propuestas atractivas. Con pequeñas mejoras en el mantenimiento y un horario más amplio.

Tenía muchas ganas de probar este lugar por las buenas reseñas, pero honestamente no fue del todo mi tipo de birria. La carne tenía bastante gordito, lo cual puede gustarle a algunos, pero a mí me resultó pesado. Estoy más acostumbrada al estilo Jalisco, con carne más limpia y un sabor distinto. Eso sí, el consomé me sorprendió —muy sabroso y bien sazonado. Se nota que está bien trabajado y sí vale la pena probarlo. Si te gusta la birria más grasosita, estilo norteño o del Pacífico, puede que este lugar te encante. Pero si prefieres el estilo tapatío más limpio y especiado, quizá no sea para ti.
