Birria 59 Este fin de semana visitamos Birria 59 y desde el inicio el lugar nos encantó. El espacio es muy amplio y la ambientación mexicana está padrísima, con música en vivo que le da un toque especial. Aunque el ambiente era tranquilo, se sentía muy agradable y animado. En cuanto a la comida, todos pedimos birria —que es la especialidad del lugar— y nos encantó. Tanto la surtida como la maciza estaban deliciosas, el consomé tenía muy buen sabor y las flautas también estaban riquísimas. Todo lo volvería a pedir sin dudar. De bebidas probamos el carajillo (muy rico), cerveza bien preparada y un trago llamado “Resurrección”, que estaba buenísimo… pero sí bastante fuerte. El servicio de los meseros y del personal fue un 10/10, muy atentos y amables durante toda nuestra visita. Sin duda regresaría. ¡Gracias!
