Pedimos el rigatoni arrabiata, la textura de la pasta estaba perfecta, aunque la salsa para mi gusto estaba picante, así que vale la pena tenerlo en cuenta. El frutti di mare estaba delicioso, pero para mí lo mejor de la noche fueron las croquetas de prosciutto: crujientes por fuera, cremosas por dentro y llenas de sabor junto con la salsa de chipotle y mayonesa. Acompañamos la comida con una cerveza Estrella Galicia, suave y muy rica. El lugar es pintoresco, pequeño y acogedor, ideal para una cena relajada. El precio nos pareció justo, especialmente considerando que la pasta es hecha en casa y de excelente calidad.

Una experiencia increíble de principio a fin. La coctelería es simplemente espectacular, cada trago bien equilibrado y lleno de sabor. La comida fue exquisita, una joya en la gastronomía con una pasta artesanal que demuestra el talento del chef Rafael Prado —auténtica cocina italiana en cada bocado. El Cuidado al detalle en este lugar es otra cosa. Para comenzar la pasta. La pasta es artesanal, puedes mirar como la van preparando manos expertas. Los cocteles son una increíble propuesta para abrir apetito. La selección de vinos esta tan bien lograda que no sabes cual elegir, por supuesto hay excelentes Barolos. El servicio es amable y atento en todo momento. Con su propuesta Italomediterranea se posiciona como uno de los mejores restaurantes de pasta en CDMX. Bravissimo
