Una barbacoa de buena calidad, con un muy buen sabor, la clásica salsa de barbacoa elaborada con pulque. El consomé sustancioso. Tortillas recién hechas, calientitas. Capirotada de postre rica. La atención de los propietarios y empleados muy buena, sumamente amables. Las instalaciones necesitan una buena lavada y pintada o de plano renovarlas. Igual la ropa de trabajo de quienes atienden, no se ve precisamente reluciente.
