Malísima experiencia, la atención bastante chafa, llegué en bici y con reserva, les pregunté por un bici estacionamiento mal encarado el recepcionista me mandó a volar, me costó mucho trabajo encontrar donde poder dejari bici, obviamente cuando regrese no hable con el host y me metí directo a la mes que me esperaba me echo una cara de mamón mientras solo despegó sus ojos del celular para ello, HORRIBLE MESA, a un lado de la puerta, y obstruyendo el paso de meseros y comenzales pues como llegué tarde por buscar donde dejar la bici me tocó una silla que tenía que estar pegado a la mesa pues la gente no pasaba detrás muy incómodo. Luego, poner cada 3 canciones las mañanitas es de lo peor que me pudo pasar. Los chiles en nogada más o menos mas menos que más, me tocó uno minúsculo. Y al resto de la mesa bien grandes, pregunté si podía tener uno con el mismo tamaño promedio al que el resto de mi mesa... No señor ya son todos los que nos quedan. El sabor X el chile se sentía medio crudo y su sabor así era, la nogada en esos botecitos que solo hacen mas ruido y suciedad mientras te la sirven incómodamente mientras intentas tener una conversación, muy chafa. Las tortillas más o menos bien, pero solo más o menos, se enfriaron en menos de lo que comía la última me quedo tiesa y fría. La experiencia fue triste y poco agradable el precio muy por encima de lo que en realidad ofrecen. Está cadena de restaurantes fue buena. Hoy no es para nada lo que fue. Los único rescatable fue el chavo (en entrenamiento) que nos atendió el muy amable haciendo un gran esfuerzo para que el mesero encargado de nuestra mesa (que desapareció) después de una mala cara que me echo por hacerme hacía atraz con mi silla pues no estaba cómodo con la barriga pegada a la mesa. El sommier bien, yo no tomo pero el resto de los asistentes mencionaron que la recomendación fue buena y regreso un par de veces para reafirmar su servicio. Dejemos de tener disque chefs que se creen importantes y no se paran en la cocina ni en el salón, a pero eso sí su foto institucional bien grandota... Pésima ejecución Ricardo
