Shoutout to the team at Starbucks today, especially Thomas! Had a little mix-up with my refresher drinks today—missing the lemonade—but Thomas at Starbucks was great about it. He was really nice and apologetic, and even gave me an upgrade to make up for it. Great service, made my day!
