Ik vroeg om de koreander niet over het gerecht te strooien maar ernaast te dresseren, aangezien ik dit naar zeep vind smaken. Bij het serveren van de gerechten waren ze mijn vraag vergeten. Dit merkten de obers meteen op, waardoor ze mijn bord terug meenamen en de topping opnieuw toevoegden. Deze keer zonder koreander. Op het einde bood de ober zelf een compensatie aan voor het ongemak met de koreander. Ik zei dat dit niet nodig was, aangezien we wel lekker gegeten hadden. De ober stond erop. We konden kiezen tussen een gratis dessert of een gratis cocktail. Het dessert met mangosaus was om duimen en vingers bij af te likken!!!
