Estuve comiendo en la terraza de La Botillería con mi esposa y mis hijas. La comida fue muy buena y el servicio por parte de Karin fue excelente, muy profesional y atenta en todo momento. Sin embargo, al regresar del baño, me encontré con una situación muy incómoda: una señora llamada Valentina estaba dando voces de manera muy inapropiada a la camarera que nos atendía. Fue vergonzoso presenciar esa escena, especialmente estando con mi familia. Este tipo de actitudes generan mal ambiente y pueden alejar a los clientes. Por favor, moderen ese tipo de comportamientos. Es una pena que una buena experiencia gastronómica se vea opacada por algo así.

La mejor paella que he comido en Madrid fue en La Botillería, sin duda. El sabor, la presentación y la calidad fueron excelentes. Además, el servicio fue de primera: me atendió Karin, quien fue muy atenta, amable y profesional. Me hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Todo fue fenomenal. 100% recomendado.
