Exótico, espectacular, sorprendente. Cada plato era una experiencia nueva y cada cual mejor. La ostra o el caramelo me cautivaron. Las salsas magníficas deslizaría mi lengua sobre el plato hasta que no quedará ni una gota si no fuera por la presencia de los demas comensales, pero en la intimidad de mi morada lo haría sin duda . Volvere seguro.
